Pidginization & Creolization of Languages in Pakistan: Their Social Context

Abstract

The study aims at discovering the social context and process of a few major languages in Pakistan to understand the phenomenon of pidginization and creolization through mixed method approaches i.e., theoretical, qualitative, survey, historical, comparative and diachronic analysis. The social factors that contribute to the development of pidgins and creoles has been discussed objectively. The findings are aligned with the objectives, aims and research questions of the study to formulate logical conclusion.
